Born in England, Kos began taking photographs at the age of five with her father’s Olympus Pen-FT. She shot her first powerboat at the age of 17 while still at school when she was asked to cover a racing event on Lake Como in Italy. She hasn’t had the silt, or the salt , out of her hair since!

Kos has taken shots of boats from every conceivable angle, from the top of a 100ft mast to the bottom of the sea bed, She can hold an 800-ml lens steady at a 90 degree angle, and has never been sea sick!

She is now spreading her wings and taking "sports fashion" shots for brands such as Gill, Musto, Henry Lloyd and many others. She is able to give these brands an exciting realistic edge that just wouldn't be possible without her expertise, knowledge, and years of instinctively knowing what is needed to take a great action shot.
